Course description
Carla's Mat Pilates courses offer a comprehensive approach to core strengthening, flexibility, and balance through a complete range of classic mat exercises. In addition to traditional mat work, she incorporates Barre Pilates and a variety of equipment to replicate the benefits of the Pilates Reformer, allowing participants to experience a full-body workout. Each session is designed to enhance stability, alignment, and muscle tone, providing a holistic and adaptable Pilates experience for all levels. Join us to improve your strength, mobility, and mind-body connection with personalized guidance and support.
A minimum of 4 people is required for this class to take place

Biography
After many years of suffering from neck, back, and knee pain, bloating, migraines, and spending a considerable amount of time with physiotherapists, I got introduced to Pilates by a friend of mine.
After only 10 sessions of experimenting my body as a breathing and pulsing single entity, my pain dramatically diminished and I can now say that I am a new person in a transformed new body. I not only got rid of the pain, but I learned to connect with my body, my mind, and my heart. We became allies instead of adversaries working towards listening and understanding what my body is constantly trying to tell me about myself, helping me make better choices in life.
This experience inspired me to train in the Pilates method and become a Pilates instructor.
I love to learn new skills and ideas for my classes and continue to attend courses to develop my knowledge and skills as a Pilates teacher.
