Furniture Upholstery

Do you have an old chair you desperately want to re-upholster? Vassilis will show you different types of materials and basic upholstery techniques.

Course description

Starting with simple chairs (Drop-in Seat / Chaise à galette).
For advanced students who have enjoyed Vassilis' Level I course, or for those with previous upholstery experience, students can join in either a separate class (if there is enough demand), or alongside the first level students, but working on their own projects under the guidance of Vassilis.This class will allow you to continue to practice and work on different techniques, as well as learning more advanced upholstery techniques.

A minimum of 4 people is required for this class to take place.

Vassilis Gampierakis is a Greek national who studied Interior Design, Decorative Painting and Upholstery in the UK. He is a former Member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen (UK).
